Power of attorney
A power of attorney (итгэмжлэл) lets someone act for you — to collect documents, sell or register property, open accounts or represent a company. We draft it bilingually and take it through notarisation and, when needed, apostille or legalisation.
For use in Mongolia
If you live abroad and need someone in Mongolia to act for you, we draft the power of attorney in Mongolian with a parallel translation. You sign it before a local notary or a Mongolian consulate, get the appropriate apostille or legalisation, and we translate and register it for use with the Mongolian authority.
For use abroad
If you are in Mongolia and need to authorise someone in another country, we draft the document in the language that country requires, arrange the notary appointment here, and add the apostille or legalisation.
We also obtain documents for you under a power of attorney — see document retrieval.

Frequently asked questions
How long is a power of attorney valid?
The term is written into the document. Some authorities also require it to be recent; we take this into account when drafting.
Can you draft a power of attorney for property in Mongolia?
Yes. We draft it to cover the exact actions needed — for example, signing a sale agreement and registering the transfer — so the registry accepts it.
